Phoenix - Entertainment (Official Video)

Phoenix have made their big comeback last month with the homemade lyrics video for “Entertainment,” the lead track off their highly-anticipated fifth studio album Bankrupt (out April 22nd via Glassnote — Oh, how are we supposed to wait another 1,5 months?). Today, French synth-pop quartet have unveiled the Patrick Daughters-directed (whose credits include Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Grizzly Bear, Feist, Depeche Mode), Asian culture inspired visuals for the wonderful upbeat track, featuring people from different time periods running, crying, dying and fighting for love. It’s melodramatic, yet quite entertaining to watch. Enjoy.

Phoenix - Entertainment

French pop-rockers Phoenix have just leaked the lyric video of their brand new single “Entertainment,” taken from their very anticipated fifth album Bankrupt! which is due out on April 23rd in North America via Loyauté/Glassnote. Two interesting facts about the album: it was produced with Cassius' Philippe Zdar and it was mixed on the same console that Michael Jackson's Thriller was recorded on.
