Black Bananas are a quintet from Washington, DC. They used to release music under the name RTX, but after three albums under their belt, they decided to press the reset button and restart with a new name and a new direction. With the fusion of experimental psychedelia and guitar fueled rock tunes, the Black Bananas LP Rad Times Express IV, out now via Drag City, is full of swing and attitude and most definitely deserves a listen.
